2.1 main USES
This machine is mainly used for the filling of soy sauce, vinegar, high liquor, etc.
2.2 main features
2.2.1 this machine is a rotary automatic low-vacuum filling machine, which can be filled quickly and with high filling precision. It is an ideal filling equipment for bottled liquid in wine, vinegar, soy sauce, beverage and other industries.
2.2.2 the control mechanism of the liquid level of the storage tank is buoy type with simple structure and reliable work.
2.2.3 the intermediate support is adjustable, and the filling of 160-360 mm bottles can be satisfied without replacement of parts.
Partial replacement parts can be used for filling different diameter bottles.

3. Working process

4. Structural features
The machine mainly consists of a bottle wheel device, a filling valve, a bottle holder device, a bucket lifting mechanism and a level control valve.
4.1 in and out of the bottle pulley device: there is a clutch protection device at the inlet and outlet of the bottle pulley. When the bottle is stuck, it will stop automatically.
4.2 filling valve: each filling valve works independently to complete the quantitative filling of liquid at different stations.
