FILLING VALVE

Our machine adopts the filling principle of piston pump, which is driven by servo motor. The piston pump has high filling accuracy, fast filling speed, and can adjust the filling capacity through touch screen, realizing the filling of containers with different capacities on the same machine

The number of filling valves for our machine can be customized according to the customer's production capacity. Customers can choose from single head, double head, four head, and up to 18 head filling machines. The filling valve is made of 304 or 316 material, clean and hygienic, and designed to prevent dripping, ensuring hygiene during the production process.
