Specification

The bottle mould could be customized as your bottles diameter, the capping head height could be adjustable, to make the capper machine meeting your multiple bottles sealing need. The machine with overload function to protect bottles no fragile and no jams. With an clutch protection device in the bottle star wheel.It is automatically shot down when bottles jams. At the same time, the buzzer emits a "beep- beep"safe alarm.

Capping head parts is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and uses the principle of four-wheel balance in the structure, uniform force, so ensure with good sealing quality. 

It can be equipped with automatic cap feeder and cap sorter.It can achieve full automatic from placing caps to sealing.
