This automatic washing machine is mainly used for cleaning glass bottles,plastic bottles,jars and other kind bottles before filling.The machine will washing bottles inside and outside automatically. 

It can be combined with filling machine, capping machine, conveyor and other packaging machines to make into an production line. And it is widely used in wineries, beverage factories, brewing factories, pharmaceutical factories and other packaging lines.

Specification

1)The mechanical hand stamping parts and casting materials are all made of national standard 304 material, which ensures the corrosion resistance of the material.The manipulator has the characteristics of accurate positioning and easy turnover of the bottle.

2)The Bottle pusher is made from organic polymer materials. It could push back or forward to adapt the bottle's diameter. When the automatic washing machine is running, this pusher could deliver the bottle from the front conveyor line to the washing machine automatically.

3)The Rinser part will wash the bottle automatically, which including the inside and outside surface.

4)The bottle gear is made from organic polymer materials. It could custom-made by the different bottle type. This part is responsible for take the bottle from bottle gear to mechanical hand. When the washing is finished, it will take the bottle back to the conveyor line.
